A major usability upgrade has landed in the R1BBIT app: interactive widgets are now available for live data visualization and control during program execution.
Users can now display and interact with variables in real time — no debugging tools or serial monitors needed.
The first set of widgets includes:
Label — displays any variable as text
Progress Bar — shows numeric values visually
Switch & Button — each with two modes: with toggle and momentary — perfect for turning features on/off or triggering logic in the script
Slider — allows users to input any numeric value during execution, with a fully adjustable range from 0 to 1,000,000,000
With these widgets, your smartphone or computer becomes a live control panel, making interaction with the board feel instant and intuitive.
More widget types are already in development — including graphs and multi-value displays.
