R1BBIT desk case for a 4.0" ST7796 display + ESP32-S3, with stand

Desk case for a 4.0" SPI display ST7796 480×320 (LCDwiki MSP40xx class, capacitive touch) and an ESP32-S3 DevKitC.

  • Case 128 × 76 × 33 mm. The window is centred and 0.8 mm larger than the active area.
  • The display sits on ribs and corner pads; four posts on the back cover press it to the front. No screws through the display.
  • The S3 board slides into rails on the back cover. The USB-C opening is in the side wall, on the left when you face the screen.
  • The board goes in without soldered pin headers: wires are soldered to the pads. With headers it does not fit at this depth.
  • Back cover: 4 × M2.5×10 countersunk self-tapping screws, vents, engraved logo.
  • The stand tilts the case back 15°. Its front lip holds only the bezel under the screen. Recesses for Ø12 mm rubber feet.

No supports needed. PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layer, 3 walls, 15–20 % infill.

Before printing, check the display dimensions and the USB-C port positions on your board: they are taken from the LCDwiki drawings, not measured.
