A class that builds a working device in the first lesson
No C, no toolchain, nothing to install on school computers. Students open a browser, write a few lines in plain language, and the board on the desk answers. The teacher sees every student’s device from one screen.
What the school actually gets
Nothing to install
The editor runs in the browser on whatever the computer lab already has — Windows, Mac, Linux or a Chromebook. No admin rights, no drivers, no software request to the IT department.
A result inside 40 minutes
A first lesson ends with a blinking LED and a temperature on the screen. Nobody spends the hour fixing a compiler error on a projector.
The whole class on one screen
Every board reports to the cloud, so the teacher sees who is online, whose script is running and where it stopped — without walking round the room.
A mistake costs nothing
Scripts run in an isolated interpreter: a wrong line stops the script and says why, the board stays online, and the next attempt is a second away. No bricked hardware, no lost lesson.
Work carries home
The same editor is in the mobile app, and a student’s device shows up as live tiles on their phone. A project does not stop when the bell goes.
Boards you can buy anywhere
Standard ESP32 boards from ordinary suppliers, not a proprietary kit. If one is dropped on the floor, the replacement costs a few dollars and needs no special order.
What it costs a school
There is no per-seat licence and no yearly renewal per student, and one teacher account covers the class.
Boards themselves are bought wherever the school normally buys electronics — we do not resell them. Talk to us before you order and we will tell you which ones suit the lessons you have in mind.
What a lesson needs
- A computer per pair of students, with a browser and internet
- Wi-Fi the boards can join
- One USB cable per board, for the very first flash
- An ESP32 board per pair, and any sensors you already own
Try it on one class first
Write to us and we will run one lesson with your group over a call, on your boards or ours, at no charge. If the class does not light up, nothing has been spent.
